Idle To Disconnection

When a user is "idle" in chat room for a predefined time, his connection will be automatically cut and he will be kicked out of the room. This time period can be defined here by admin, by default it's "0", means to disable this feature, and the users won't be kicked no matter how long he stays without saying or doing anything.
